Typical Process For Home Builds

Pre-Construction

Time Spent: 3-4 months

Conduct a measured site survey of the property
Gather detailed pertinent information about the project
Prepare the new layout and floor plan
Prepare the concept design and drawings (black and white)
Prepare a detailed scoping budget based on drawings and design plans
Present the scoping budget to the client
Complete architectural design

Demolition, excavation and back fill

Foundation, Flatwork and Framing

The Team at Unique Projects have helped us time and time again in both our homes. They've opened up a wall for us - and arranged the structural engineer - and put in new floors in our former townhome when we had a water leak from the second floor to basement. Ooftah. When we purchased our current home, they were the first call as we had tonnes to update. 4 bathrooms totally overhauled, a skylight, and a back yard deck and kitchen renovation in planning stages later and they've always been at our side.
